How long does interstate car transport take?
Transit time depends on the route and current schedule. Local Geelong and Melbourne transport is typically the fastest, while interstate routes to Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth take longer depending on distance. Our team will confirm an estimated delivery window when your booking is confirmed.
Is my car insured during transport?
Yes. In-house insurance is included in every booking automatically — the surcharge is calculated as part of your quote based on the distance travelled.
Do I need to be there for pickup and delivery?
Someone should be available to hand over the vehicle and review the Vehicle Survey Report at both pickup and delivery. If no one is available, our driver can note this and proceed — talk to our team about arranging this in advance.
Can you transport a car that doesn't run?
Yes, we carry non-running and classic vehicles. Let us know in the special requests field when booking so we can plan the right equipment for loading.

It's a photographed, documented record of your vehicle's condition, completed at both pickup and delivery. It protects you and gives a clear reference point if anything needs to be reviewed.
